The project is spread over 4 acres of natural green habitat with a campus that makes extensive use of architectural glass to ensure maximum daylight while minimizing heat gain or loss.

The installation of solar panels and LED lighting improve energy efficiency, 100% of garbage is diverted through authorized organizations and water is preserved through rainwater collection, low-flow fixtures and consumption monitoring metres.

The Arc performance platform is used to benchmark and monitor overall performance across five categories - energy, water, waste, transportation and human experience.
